A video is circulating on the internet that is generating revolt among the population of Pará, involving state deputy Lenildo Sertão, better known as deputy skull (PP/PA). In the images, the deputy is booed by the population and, in response to the act, he “arms” with his hands and pulls a firearm from his waistband, cocks it, poses and puts it back in his waistband, continuing to fire imaginary shots at the air.
All this while wearing his traditional T-shirt of the comic book character Punisher, a bandit-killing anti-hero who prides himself on breaking the law. Watch the video.
The case took place in front of the Municipality of Concórdia do Pará, in the northeast of the state, and was attended by around 300 people, who booed and carried banners and posters with the words: “persona non grata” and “Your Excellency is not welcome to CDA [Concórdia do Pará]”.
The municipality has a population of 34,236 people, according to an estimate by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE).
The population’s dissatisfaction is due to promises made and not fulfilled in investments for the municipality.
Elected for the position of state deputy of Pará, the Civil Police delegate who saw fit to adopt the name “Skull” in the ballot boxes had 16,325 votes. Before, he was a councilor for the municipality of São Félix do Xingu (PA), one of the most deforested in Brazil.

“Closed with Bolsonaro”
Elected with the motto “Zero Corruption” and a faithful ally of Jair Bolsonaro (no party), Caveira keeps a photo on his WhatsApp with the president in which both are making weapons with their hands.
O Brazil in fact contacted the deputy asking for a position on the case. The report asked what he was thinking when he pulled out his gun and showed it to whoever was booing him. She also asked if he was sorry. The congressman, however, did not respond.
