This week, the mass population testing program for the detection of covid-19 TestaPE is present in the two series B matches of the Brazilian Championship that take place in Pernambuco.
On Tuesday (5), in the match between Náutico and Goiás, one of the program’s itinerant vans was available to fans, workers who will act in the match, as well as passersby who pass through the site and wish to take the exam.
The itinerant van of the testing program will also be on Wednesday (6) at the Arena de Pernambuco, in São Lourenço da Mata, in the Metropolitan Region, from 12:30 to 18:30 for the Sport X Juventude game, for the A series of the Brazilian Championship.
:: “In which country do the doctors who still support the genocide live?”, asks former minister Mário Mamede ::
“Those who took only the first dose of the vaccine against the disease need to have a negative result, either an RT-PCR (up to 48h) or a rapid antigen test (up to 24h). The TestaPE follows in line with the required sanitary protocols for the performance of soccer games in Pernambuco and offers the rapid antigen test, with the advantage of a quick result, within 20 minutes after its completion. That is, the person who takes the test leaves with the test report in hands”, explains the state secretary of Health, André Longo.
In addition to the games, it is also possible to carry out tests at the Pernambuco Convention Center (Cecon), where the Pernambuco International Book Biennial takes place, which runs until October 12th. The itinerant station will remain in place during the entire period of the event, close to the Access A gate, always from 12:00 to 18:00.
Fixed testing posts
The program has two fixed stations in strategic locations: at the Recife/Guararapes International Airport – Gilberto Freyre and at the Integrated Passenger Terminal (TIP). At locations, the service is offered to both passengers and employees of the devices. The stations are open daily, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the TIP and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Airport.
It is still possible to carry out the rapid antigen test at the testing centers maintained by the state government at the Convention Center in Olinda, Geraldão and Cefospe, in Recife.
