Alexandre de Moraes determines arrest and extradition of Allan dos

The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, ordered, on Thursday (21), the arrest of Allan dos Santos, a pocket blogger and founder of the Terça Livre channel.

Allan dos Santos, who has lived in the United States since June 2020 and has had his tourist visa expired since February 2021, will be included in Interpol’s Red Diffusion list. The US embassy was also notified. Moraes also determined that the Ministry of Justice initiate the procedures for the extradition of the blogger to Brazil.

Last Sunday (17), Allan dos Santos, who is banned on all social networks, attacked the STF minister, on his Telegram channel.

“Alexandre de Moraes means that ‘indications’ point out that, having gathered right-wing deputies in my house, without ever receiving a penny for it, I would be responsible for destabilizing the Republic, with a news site? Wash your mouth to talk about me, you psycho.”

Allan dos Santos’ frequent attacks on STF ministers are the reason for one of the two inquiries in which the blogger is targeted at the Court. The second is about the production and dissemination of fake news of President Jair Bolsonaro’s ally (non-party).

Allan dos Santos is a friend of the Bolsonaro family and is commonly defended by the president and his two eldest sons, senator Flávio Bolsonaro (Republicanos-RJ) and federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PSL-SP).
